Here is Dr. Steel.  He is my last acquired from the first PACK series.  He's a pretty cool figure, but he is a re-issue with little accessories.  I never really understood why he is such a desired PACK member.  He seems to be much more dersirable than Warpath.  He only comes with a pipe that can be karate chopped in half, a PACK belt with logo buckle, and his pants.  Like the other PACK members, he has the tattoo on his left hand.  I must say the box illustration is really cool.
