The Whip is my favorite from the P.A.C.K. line.  Here is his story as printed on the figures box:  After a savage beating a young seaman vowed never to go unarmed again.   He scoured the world and found 4 weapons.  Brazilian bolos, won in a waterfront brawl, in Japan, a shinai stick saved his life in a Samurai sword duel!  (An English teacher would have a field day with that last sentence.)  He wrestled his bull whip away from a brutal smuggler, running aliens into Luanda.  (Where is Luanda, and why are aliens paying smugglers to get there?)  His boomerangs came in a swap for his watch in Australia.  He's 4 thimes trouble turned P.A.C.K. weapons specialist . . . THE WHIP.

The Whip is a repaint of the Big Jeff figure.  Dark hair and a beard make a big difference in appearance.  The figure comes with a black shirt and black boot cut jeans, black engineer boots with paw print soles, a black commando hat, a P.A.C.K. belt, four boomerangs with faux leather bandolier, a whip, a shinai stick, bolos, and a clip that allows him to throw the boomerangs.  The box illustration was done by Jack 'The King' Kirby.
